Danielle Nuchereno

Danielle Nuchereno is an ALB candidate in Humanities. She began her Harvard journey in 2019 after a seven year break from undergraduate studies, and was admitted as a degree candidate in 2022. She previously completed coursework at Columbia University and Long Island University's Global College.

Prior to Harvard, Danielle has worked in service, account, and project management for companies specializing in online dating, e-Learning, licensing & syndication, recycling/waste manufacturing, and IT managed services. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and stays active in the world of regulatory compliance and cybersecurity, with experience consulting on compliance for NIST 800-171, HIPAA, and GLBA. Most recently, Danielle has experience as VP Operations and Integrator at a Managed Services IT company running on EOS, and in 2022 she started Darmok Consulting to provide business process, technology, and IT security consulting to small- and medium-sized businesses. 

In her free time, Danielle can be found reading, writing, playing video and board games with her husband, and DMing / playing D&D weekly on Zoom with a group of friends scattered across the globe. She is also a volunteer for Youth for Understanding, which sent her to Japan for a year at the age of 15, and organizes an annual event for Extra Life, benefiting Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
